How can I order fabric samples before committing to a larger purchase?
We offer sample swatches for most of our fabrics. Simply select the 'Order Sample' option on the product page to add a small cutting to your cart for a nominal fee.
What is the minimum length of fabric I can purchase?
Our minimum order length is typically 1 meter. After the first meter, you can usually increase your order in 0.5-meter increments depending on the specific textile.
How much does shipping cost within Australia?
We offer flat-rate shipping for standard orders, and free shipping is available for all domestic orders over $150. Bulk or heavy rolls may incur additional freight charges.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
Because fabric is cut to your specific length requirements, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We highly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure the color and texture meet your needs.
Is the fabric sent in one continuous piece?
Yes, all fabric orders are cut and sent as one continuous length. If for any reason we need to provide your order in multiple pieces, we will contact you for approval before shipping.
